Returns & Exchanges

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges. Personalised & Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. customers must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods.

We advise all customers to use a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Damages & issues

If your item arrives damaged, you will need to inform us within 24 hours of receipt. A picture of the item and packaging will be required in order to arrange a replacement or refund of your item/s. Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide us with a picture or the 24 hours have passed, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
