Returns & Exchanges

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges. 

We advise all customers to use a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Damages & issues

If your item arrives damaged, you will need to inform us within 24 hours of receipt. A picture of the item and packaging will be required in order to arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide us with a picture or the 24 hours have passed, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
