ORDER PROCESSING 

As all of our candles are handmade to order, during especially busy periods such as in the run up to Christmas, orders can take up to 14 working days to be despatched. Dispatch times will be highlighted in your order confirmation email at the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped with standard delivery via Yodel or Royal Mail, this means that all parcels aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Standard delivery, Orders aim to be delivered 3-5 workings day after despatch. Please note this excludes product processing times.

Express delivery, Orders aim to be delivered 1-2 workings day after despatch. Please note this excludes product processing times.

Once despatched you will be issued with a tracking number so you can track your package

International orders are sent tracked (prices vary on destination and weight) with shipping times varying from 7 to 15 working days.  International customers are be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities.
